No. Our design services are intended to provide design direction, space planning, finish selections, and visual presentations. Construction drawings, permit sets, engineering documents, and stamped plans must be obtained through a licensed architect, engineer, or qualified contractor as required by your local jurisdiction.
Can leadership teams review designs together?
Yes. Our presentations are designed to help boards, committees, and leadership teams make confident decisions.
Do you offer project management?
Yes. Signature and Luxury packages include varying levels of coordination, while Luxury offers the highest level of involvment.
